Ways I Organize My Books:
At the moment the only way I organize my books, is on Goodreads. I had bookshelves, but I ended up getting rid of them, and my books have been in storage. I really need to buy new ones!! Anyway, when I did have shelves I would have my read books on one and my TBR on the other. Both were alphabetical by author, and if I had multiple books by one author, I would have them alphabetical by title. Might sound boring, but that is how I like them!
Now on Goodreads, I have them organized by the Date Read/Date added. I have 14 different shelves and I’m always fussing with them. I always find myself wanting to change something. Some of them seem useless at times. I will probably drive myself crazy when it comes to those damn shelves!

I only organize my books through Goodreads too. 🙂

Nice! My post was about my physical books, but those are excluded from my GR shelves. Unless, I’ve read them: then they have a shelf of their own, which is sorted by date read. Otherwise, my Goodreads consists of all my ebooks.
14 shelves? That’s a lot! How do you keep them organized?
I have all kinds of shelves on Goodreads too. Mostly different awards and lists but other categories, too.
I gave a lot of Goodreads shelves – wishlist, TBR, a section for children’s books for my little girl (TBR and read), then I gave a tab for each year where I tag all the books I read during each year and a DNF section.
On my actual bookshelves my books are in rainbow colour mostly except for series – these are in groups.
