9/1/2016: – It’s back to school time! Choose a book
set on high school or college.
Whenever I see any topic that has to do with “School Settings” I automatically
think of Stephanie Perkins books! I’ve already used ❤ Lola ❤ and I feel like I can
use Anna and The French Kiss, for something good in the future, so this week I am going
to go with Isla and The Happily Ever After. I really enjoyed reading this book. I did
have my problems with it, but I think it was a great ending to such a fun and
sweet book Trilogy!
1.) United States 2.) Romanian 3.) Spanish.
My favorite cover for this week is the US cover DUH! 😉 I just really
LOVE the ombre effect, the colors, and the skyline. It’s just perfect! ❤
I am a little shocked that I like the Romanian cover so much. It might
not fit the description of the characters perfectly, but I really like the
girls style, and her messy peach colored hair.
1.) Bulgarian 2.) Macedonian 3.) Czech 4.) German.
My least favorite pick for this week is the Macedonian cover. I’m sorry,
but it ruined everything I love about the US cover! What is going on?
It just looks bad. The color is unflattering. They should have chose a
lighter/brighter shade of green. I’m sure that would have helped.
Also, if it wasn’t for the sloppy ass Photoshop job, I would
actually like the Czech cover! 😦

The Czech cover is really cool but you are right something is just off about it. The original US cover is the best! 🙂
Yeah it looks like the couple is just a sticker stuck on another picture…It’s weird!
You picked the same book as me 🙂
🙂
The U.S. cover is definitely my favourite too, but I actually quite like the Bulgarian one.
My BTT
I think I may officially be the only person who has not read the Anna and the French Kiss series. And I don’t know what I’m waiting for! I love YA contemporary romance sooo… I bet I will love the series. I just keep picking up other things instead. My favorite cover is the U.S. edition but I actually like the Bulgarian cover, too. Something about it just appeals to me. The German cover is terrible. Ugh!
Tanya @ GIRL PLUS BOOKS
I haven’t read the book, but the Romanian cover made me think that the girl character is really cool and I’d like to read about her. But I don’t get the same vibe from the other covers. The US cover is definitely the prettiest one.
