Book Traveling Thursday|Book I’d Want To Read As A Child.

BookTThursday

6/2/2016: Yesterday was International Children’s Day!! Choose a book you would read in your childhood if you could go back in time.

For this week’s Book Traveling Thursday, I am choosing a book that I’ve read as an adult, but I know that I would have loved it just as much, as a child. That book is Coraline by Neil Gaiman. Yes, it is super creepy, but I still think I would have enjoyed it back then. If you haven’t already, get you are copy, and enjoy! 🙂

Original Cover:
474073

United States Covers:
474073 15739667

Favorite Covers:
15739667 22370081 8148170  8846066 2719743 30141437

1.) US 2.) Georgian 3.) Bulgarian 4.) Polish 5.) Unknown 6.) Unknown.
Hands down, my favorite Coraline cover is the Unknown Cover #6!
How is it so beautiful!? I NEED IT IN MY LIFE! I can’t get over how gorgeous
that cover is! LOOK AT IT!

Least Favorite Covers:
924811 16166406 17317838 18169526 7141206 2086740

1.) Unknown 2.) Italian 3.) Swedish 4.) Lithuanian 5.) Russian 6.) French.
The award for worst Coraline Cover would have to go to the Italian cover!
I’m sorry but that is just so wrong! It’s so boring! It looks like it belongs on
some kind of pamphlet from the 80’s! How can you give such a great book,
such an ugly cover? WHY!?

What do you think of my choices for this week?
What is a book you wish you could go back and read as a child?
Let me know down in the comments! 😀

  1. I’ve only seen the movie, but this book is something I need to read soon. I love the first two covers in your “favourites” section. The girl and the black cat are so cute.

  2. I loved the movie of this and I don’t know why I haven’r picked it up yet. 😣
