Books You Were Spoiled For:
I rarely spoil myself, but when I do, it’s for a good reason! 😉
1.) Belzhar by Meg Wolitzer.
I was looking up this book on the Barnes and Noble website,
and a review caught my eye, and I just HAD to read it! Why did I
I have to go and do that!? Then as I scrolled down, it seemed like
there were MILLIONS of bad reviews for this book! But I found it
cheap at Half Price Books, so I bought it…I tried to read it before but
I couldn’t get into it, so I’m gonna try again soon! Hopefully I can
get the negativity out of my head, and maybe I’ll actually enjoy it!
2.) Breathe My Name by R.A. Nelson.
The reason I was spoiled for this book, is also my fault.
It was an accident, but it is still my fault. I was trying to read
someone’s review on Goodreads and instead of the spoiler free
review I chose the review that was FULL of spoilers!!! So after I
spoiled myself, I had to stop reading, because the things that
were about to go down in this book, were hands down ridiculous!
Come on now. I’ve read a lot of ridiculous things in my life, but
this one takes the cake! It could have been so great, but it took a
turn for the worst. Once you go there, there is no coming back!
3.) Room by Emma Donoghue.
I was spoiled for this book, because I watched the movie before
reading the book. I actually don’t mind, because the movie was
AMAZING, and the book will probably be 10 times better!
Can’t wait to get to it! 🙂
4.) Fight Club by Chuck Palahniuk.
This is such a great book! I don’t know which I like better,
the book or the movie! I was spoiled because I watched the movie
for Fight Club, but I have a good excuse. I was younger, and I
didn’t even know that there was a book! : | Oh well, I love them both!
I can’t wait to get my hands on the Fight Club 2 Graphic Novel!

5.) The Vampire Academy Series by Richelle Mead.
These books were SO GOOD! I couldn’t wait to see what was
going to happen half of the time, so I either asked my sister
(she read it before I did) or I looked it up on the internet! I know,
it’s a bad thing to do, but I just couldn’t help it. Thank God what
I wanted to happen, always did. All of the spoilers didn’t ruin the
series at all. I still loved it! 🙂 Now I can’t wait for Bloodlines!!!!
Okay, that’s all for this week’s Top 5 Wednesday! 🙂
What are some books that someone or like me, you yourself,
spoiled for you? Were you disappointed?

I also read The Vampire Academy spoilers but I’m still hurt from that.
My T5W: https://abibliophilesobsession.wordpress.com/2016/02/10/t5w-books-you-were-spoiled-for/
I think the only book I’ve ever been spoiled on was The Fault in the Stars. Luckily, it didn’t ruin my enjoyment when I read it but I was so annoyed. Lol. Other than that, I’m pretty good at avoiding spoilers like the plague.
God I need to read Fight Club. The film was indeed intense. The Room has been in my TBR for years and boy was I surprised when I heard a n adaptation was out already.
Hapy reading!
I usually feel bad seeing the movie without reading the book but I love when they’re both so good! I’m worried about reading Fight Club because the “twist” is kind of ruined after watching the film but oh well! I like Chuck Palahniuk’s books.
Here’s my Top 5 for this week 🙂 – http://aredheadedbookworm.blogspot.ca/2016/02/top-5-wednesday-books-you-were-spoiled.html
I hate when I have a book spoiled!! Unless it’s because I watched the movie first. I haven’t seen Room yet, but I loved the book!
