The Christmas season is now over, 😦 so we must now move on, and get back to normal music. Since we are going into a New Year, why not celebrate with some New Music? And by new music, I mean music that is new to me. 😉
First by Cold War Kids.
My first song choice is First by Cold War Kids. Yes, I know, they’ve been around for a while now, but I barely started listening to them. At first I thought that they weren’t going to be my cup of tea, but they after listening to it over and over again, I have become a fan.
Hunger of The Pine by Alt-J.
My second choice is Hunger of The Pine by Alt-J. I barely found this song a couple weeks ago. I really like it. It’s nice for listening to at bedtime. The music video for it a bit odd, and very graphic, so I didn’t want to post it. It doesn’t even make that much sense to me. Maybe I’m just missing something?

Ahhh I love BOTH of these bands. “Hang Me Up to Dry” by Cold War Kids was my jam in high school and I was so excited to hear new music from them. “First” is amazing 🙂
