This weeks Music Monday is all about family in music. I chose two music groups, that consists of family members! 😀
I Won’t Be Left by Tegan and Sara.
For my first pick, I chose Tegan and Sara of (of course) Tegan and Sara. They are Identical twins from Calgary, Canada. I use to be OBSESSED with them, but not so much anymore. 😐 I don’t really care for their recent musical direction, but it’s still nice to be able to go back and listen to the songs that made me love them in the first place. 🙂
Currents by Eisley.
Eisley is/was a band from Tyler, Texas which consists of 3 sisters(Chauntelle, Sherri, and Stacy), their brother(Weston), and their cousin (Garren). A few of the members are trying out their own things these days so, the lineup has changed this year. We’ll see how that goes. I’ve loved this band for years, hopefully the change up doesn’t change how I feel about them! 😦

Awwww Tegan and Sara takes me BACK! I used to listen to them ALL THE TIME. Lol. I saw them in concert back in 2007 and they were great! 🙂
Cool! I saw them back in 2008! 😀 It was great! 🙂 I use to listen to them ALL THE TIME! I’m just not really into the newer stuff. I listened to Sainthood, but after that I stopped 😦
I loved listening to Tegan and Sara! I haven’t really listened to them in a while lately…but they were great back then.
I haven’t heard of Eisley, but I like their sound.
