I am here today with another tag! YAY! I’ve seen this tag going around for a while now, and it seems like good fun. Even though it I feel like Autumn should be over any minute now, I thought I would do it anyways…Let’s Get Started!! 😀
1.What is your favorite thing about autumn?
The Holidays! Halloween is one of my most favorite Holidays, and then you get Thanksgiving!? Who could not love Thanksgiving? First during Halloween you get to eat all the candy you want, then for Thanksgiving you can eat like a pig and no one can say anything because chances are, they have eaten twice as much as you have!
2. What book reminds you of your school days?
Pictures of Hollis Woods by Patricia Reilly Giff.
When I changed schools in elementary school, the new school I went to gave their students one free book every semester, and because I started school a week late I didn’t get to get a book the first semester, but that meant I got to have TWO books second semester!! The first book I chose was Pictures of Hollis Woods by Patricia Reilly Giff, and I remember loving it! I need to reread it to see if it was as good as I thought it was. 🙂
3. What cover reminds you of autumn?
Catalyst by Laurie Halse Anderson.
The colors on this book cover screams Autumn/Fall. Plus the fact that she is wearing a cardigan helps with the Autumn feel. 😀
4. What is your favorite horror or Halloween story?
When I was younger, every year during Halloween, my sisters and I would watch The Halloween Tree. I need to read the book!
5. What is your favorite horror or Halloween film?
I don’t watch many, but I do love Let The Right One In/Let Me In.
6. What fall book release are you looking forward to?
 
Weird Girl and What’s His Name by Meagan Brothers.
Rules For 50/50 Chances by Kate McGovern.
These two book have already come out, but I haven’t picked them up yet! Hopefully I can get my hands on them soon! 😀
7. What autumn movie release are you anticipating?
There are so many movies that I want to see that might not be considered Autumn/Fall releases but, I’m going to include them anyway.
 
 
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 – November 20th.
Room – November 25th.
Sisters – December 18th.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens – December 18th.
8. What are the three books you plan to read this autumn?
 
 
The Heartbreakers by Ali Novak.
Room by Emma Donoghue.
Belzhar by Meg Wolitzer.
I want to at least read one of these before the end of November is up. It will most likely be The Heartbreakers, because I’ve already read about half of it. Now I just need to hurry up and finish it!
