Anti Bullying Read-A-Thon 2015 TBR.

This year I will be participating in the Anti Bullying Read-A-Thon hosted by Sarah Churchill.

“This readathon is in support of Anti Bullying Week 2015, with the aim of starting discussions about bullying and our bid to stand up for those who need it and never be a bystander.

The idea is simple – to read only books that feature bullying during Anti Bullying Week. How many books you read is up to you, but in the spirit of a readathon you should push yourself to read a little more than usual. The book doesn’t have to be *focused* on the issues of bullying, as long as bullying is featured in the book in some way.”

It runs from November 16th – November 22nd. You can join the group HERE.

Here’s My Anti Bullying Read-A-Thon TBR:

I’ll probably be add at least two more books to this list, but as for now, I will be reading:
Ask The Passengers by A.S. King.
Sugar by Deirdre Riordan Hall.
In Zanesville by Jo Ann Beard.

  1. I think this is fantastic, G! What a great way to spread awareness and get people involved in Anti-bullying. I, unfortunately, won’t have the time to join you this year(as November is always my CRAZIEST month even without reading), but I will be cheering you on. Let me know if there’s anything I can do to help spread the word! ^.^

    1. Yep, November is a crazy month for reading, I just told myself that I would participate in at least 2 Read a thons (I keep typing Read A THONGS! 😉 ) this year and I really wanted to do this one last year but I couldn’t, so I’m trying this year. Hopefully I can at least read these three books.

A good way to help is by tweeting about it if you want! Thanks!

      1. November is a crazy month for everything. I swear everything’s in November. I’m gonna have to draft a daily schedule to squeeze everything in.

Bahaha! Read-a-thongs. :p Sounds like a blast to me!

And okay! I will definitely help support it by tweeting! Thank you for the suggestion!

      1. I had to go look it up haha I read Shine by Lauren Myracle, Yaqui Delgado Wants to Kick Your Ass by Meg Medina which were both okay, and then Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe by Benjamin Alire Saenz which became my favorite book of the year, it was amazing
